Our founder is a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales, admitted to the Roll of Solicitors and holding a current practising certificate issued by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA).
HERNO SUVRETTA GROUP is not itself a law firm and does not provide regulated legal services through its private-office engagements. Where legal advice is required, we work with or introduce appropriately qualified independent legal counsel.

Full legal identity, contracting details and applicable terms are provided to prospective clients before entering into an advisory or consultancy agreement. The consultancy is not licensed or prudentially supervised by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) as a bank, securities firm, portfolio manager or trustee, does not accept public deposits, take custody of client assets, exercise discretionary authority over client investment portfolios, execute or transmit orders in financial instruments on behalf of clients, or provide portfolio management or personalised investment recommendations concerning financial instruments; where regulated services are required, those services are provided directly by appropriately qualified independent third-party providers.

At a client’s request, the consultancy may facilitate introductions to independent third-party providers in Switzerland and internationally, including banks and financial institutions, investment and asset managers, legal and tax advisers, trustees and fiduciary specialists, private-foundation specialists, property advisers, custodians, specialist insurance advisers and specialist safekeeping providers. Introductions are provided as part of the consultancy’s coordination role and do not themselves constitute a personalised recommendation to acquire a particular financial product or service; any regulated or specialist service is provided by the relevant third party under a separate contractual relationship with the client, who remains responsible for deciding whether to proceed, while any suitability or appropriateness assessment, investment advice, investment decision, transaction execution or other regulated financial service remains the responsibility of the relevant authorised institution or professional adviser. The consultancy does not receive, hold, transfer or exercise unrestricted control over client funds or financial assets in connection with an introduction.
HERNO SUVRETTA GROUP is intended to be primarily remunerated directly by clients for private-office coordination, oversight and execution management. In certain circumstances, the consultancy may receive referral fees, introduction fees, commissions or other economic benefits from third-party providers; any material arrangement of this kind will be disclosed to the client before the client decides whether to proceed with the relevant provider and, depending on the nature of the arrangement, the client engagement and applicable law, such compensation may be passed on to the client, credited against fees otherwise payable to the consultancy, or retained with the client’s informed agreement where legally permissible. Where applicable law requires disclosure of the nature, amount or calculation basis of compensation, client consent, waiver or transfer of compensation to the client, those requirements will be addressed in the relevant client documentation, and the consultancy will not represent that it is independent from a provider where it receives remuneration from, or has another material economic relationship with, that provider.
The consultancy does not provide personalised recommendations concerning financial instruments, investment strategies or investment portfolios; such advice, where required, is obtained directly from an appropriately authorised third-party provider. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory requirement of Swiss or other applicable law, and the consultancy will only undertake activities that it is lawfully permitted to perform; where a proposed activity would require regulatory authorisation, registration, supervision or other compliance measures not applicable to the consultancy, the activity will instead be undertaken by an appropriately qualified third-party provider or will not be provided.
To the extent legally permissible, the use of this website and these website terms are governed by substantive Swiss law and, subject to any mandatory place of jurisdiction under applicable law, the courts of the relevant Swiss jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction; client engagements may be subject to separate contractual terms, including separate provisions relating to governing law and jurisdiction.
Information voluntarily submitted by email is used solely to respond to the enquiry and for related correspondence. Visitors should not submit sensitive financial, identification or account information by ordinary email. Where an introduction is requested, the client may authorise the consultancy to provide the relevant third-party provider with such contact and background information as is reasonably necessary to facilitate the introduction, and sensitive or confidential information will not be disclosed beyond what is necessary without the client’s instruction or another lawful basis.
